I almost finished with the show and have noticed that the opening and closing songs are not subtitled. Just like Manga's release of Tokyo Underground which in North America was also published by Geneon Entertainment. Did they have some kind of deal with them?
 
I think there was a period when they didn't do any song or signs subs, just dialog. Karas, for example, doesn't subtitle the Japanese subtitles that pop up regarding locations etc.
