Shana coming to the UK, amongst other new UK release dates

Several new UK anime release dates have come to light recently, many of which involve publishers MVM and Manga Ent. and extend as far as 2nd June. The one big surprise is the tsundere-fantasy <em><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shakugan_no_Shana">Shana</a></em>, previously unannounced, but set for a UK DVD release on 12th May from MVM. Wait.. What am I missing here? There has been a Paranoia Agent ThinPack Box Set out by MVM for ages now.

Apart from that, I'm happy with the near-by Shakugan no Shana release - I never got further than half way through the series because of the boring "how she became" arc - Now, I shall hopefully see the series the whole way though. I shall also be getting FLCL because I seriously need to re-watch it to partially understand the so-called 'hidden meanings' there. Possibly Bleach Series 1 as well, Just for the sake of it, Because it'll be a reasonable price.
 
I didn't actually expect Shana to get a release here, but i'll probably start picking that up. FLCL as well, i'm yet to actually watch it, so i'll be looking forward to that. Still picking up berserk too.

Wrong.

I ordered the Paranoia Agent boxset a month or so ago directly from MVM and received a swift e-mail regarding, what I believe to be, the discontinuation (as well as a refund) of the current boxset and that a new thinpack will come out during spring. I then ordered it from play.com and got it a few days later. The boxset I have isn't a thinpack.

Thought they had. I have a card advertising death note for 28th April. The card was in the Anime Showcase 2 released by Manga.

Ah; knew itw as 28th APril but hadn't heard anything from manga apart from "wait and be patient". Amazon says it is 8 episodes, so i'm happy.

Don't know if I should get the boxset or continue collecting single volumes (only got vol. 1). I'll compare prices sometime.
 
Vexille and FLCL are definite buys for me ... I can't wait to pick them up!

I share Jayme's confusion; isn't there already a Paranoia Agent boxset?

That Bleach boxset better not have any extras that the individual releases didn't have! >:/
 
I'm suuuurrrre that's all you'll watch it for. The lube and tissue on the side of your bed would obviously just be there by coincidence.
