Well, the BECK special edition is only a couple of months shy of the US one, which is pretty good going and probably as good as you can get it (unless you are talking about huge companies like Sony and such and even they get logistical problems).
 
Looks like there's not going to be any special edition FMA movie :/

Anyway, BECK and FMA are definitely being bought by me this month, and I think I might get the Tsubasa set too, now that Bleach had been pushed back to next month!

If it's anything like the limited edition Moon Phase Starter Set then it's just the box and the disc, ( and i'm 'still' trying to figure out just how the hell disc 2 counts as a 'starter'. )

It seems you've ordered something that doesn't exist :/

There was probably plans to release at a special edition, but Revelation decided for some (probably ridiculous) reason not to release the special edition. And we all know Play.com are far from being up-to-date with DVD or game releases. Expect an e-mail explaining this from Play soon, I would think.
 
The BECK box is the coolest thing I've seen in a while! It's very hard plastic, not flimsy cardboard or anything, almost feels like a real amp! And it comes with stickers and a pick, just like the US version! You can tell it's just imported from the US with UK stickers stuck over it, but it still looks good. Thanks so much for releasing it, Revi!
 
I ordered my BECK set with Sendit.com and they seem to be out of stock, and Play is out of stock too ;_;

I'm still pretty disapointed that there's no word on if the collector's edition FMA movie is coming out. I don't want to buy the movie now, and then have a superior version of it come out in a month's time.
 
It is a rocking item, I can see why it is out of stock.

However, if that's the case...

I've heard rumors that the Special Edition won't be released until next year. I have no source, but I did read that somewhere. I'm holding off on the movie until I get around to watching the rest of the TV series, just in case.
