There will be some second hand book/comic shops that will buy or trade stuff from you, but you probably won't get half what you would selling on ebay or the like. Although you might get a slightly higher value in trade for things from their stock, than cash. Also before you sell anything on check what it might be worth, some out of print or hard to get items may be more valuable than you realise.
