Running out of good anime...

Hey all.
I recently started watching quite a bit of anime again (during the house move i really didnt get a chance, and thanks to college ive had even less time) but once i had completed the ones i was currently watching im finding it hard to find new good series...
I like Romance / Comedy with other things mixed in of course, although i dont really like ones with sad endings lol.

taylor.myanimelist.net is the ones i have currently seen, if anyone knows any different ones please give me their names! lol.

Watch One Piece, No ending, Comedy - Action - Greatness all round. =DD

You do have quite a hench list of "Plan to Watch" anime on MyAnimeList site as well, I suppose checking some of them out wouldn't hurt.

Used to watch one piece on tv, problem i had with it was it took about 5 episodes of talking before a fight began then the main fight was over in less than one episode... :p
Was looking through my plan to watch but none of them really caught my eye... they may do at a later date though i suppose, i cant even remember putting some of them on there... lol.
 
You should really take a look on ANN and look for the Top 100 Anime list. Even they can lead to on to other animes you'd enjoy. I found some fantastic anime just wandering around in there.

Oh, do you like subs or are you a dub man?

Check it out subbed if you can, Funi have there first DVD (Starting at episode 144) coming out early next year. Thats a good dub, and the episodes are uncut. The "build-up" to fights aren't really that much considering you get to like the characters and any time you see them the time pretty much flies by. If you are watching solely for the fights, It might not be the best. They own if you give them a chance as well. Also, The fight length was probably severely cut down when you watched it due to a company's name in which I wont speak off taking the fights out. Kinda. =/

Voddas' suggestion about looking around Top 10(0) anime is a good'en, do some of that as well.

Sub man myself, although sometimes Dubs are ok... i preferd the eureka seven dubs, not idea why :S

Hmm ill take a look at ann sometime, ive always heard things about it. checked it out once but always forget to go back :p

Strange I was talking about this yesterday. Sadly the answere is now. I thought they would have but you can only search by popularity, votes, name, dates and liscences. They really should do though. I know it would my life much easier.
I don't mind so much. The reason I've seen some good (random) animes is because I've just been clicking about in there.

Hmm... Good thing about the myanimelist site is that you can go on anyone you like and click the recommendations thing, thats how i found alot of mine.
 
Yeah, I did that too. I like keeping a list of my own anime so I'll remember what I've seen and what I want to see. I'm always losing track like.

I thought you were refering to the lists on ANN. No I'm not a member and infact I'd never heard of this untill now. Gonna look into it and by the looks so far I'll be joining shortly. My user name will be Voddas when I get signed on like. Cheers ^^

Ah i see, i found it while at college once. Its damn helpful as before, to remember what i had watched, i had a notepad document saying all the ones ive watched and how many episodes :p

Only certain genres i like. I prefer ones with comedy in them cause i dont like watching fully dramatic things as (and yes ill admit to this) i have a very depressive personality.
Romance ones are just a plus as i like to see happyness (helps me get along).

Thats what i define as good :)
