Ruin Explorers worth getting?

Spotted this on UP & I am always interested in older anime shows but isn't one that I am personally that knowledgeable on so I was wondering if it was worth a purchase for anyone who has seen it?

It wasn't one I'd heard of, personally, but I've seen a few comments from people saying they were glad it's getting a re-release. I'd take that as a sign that it has some sort of following, at least.
