Question About Yu-Gi-Oh! Classic: Season 5!

Seasons 1-4 Contain two dvd cases in each boxset. Season 5 on amazon has 3 individual volumes listed so does that mean they season 5 is going to have 3 dvd cases in the boxset or are they just going to add more discs into the two volumes of the boxset.

Are these sets region locked? I have a region free dvd player but a hassle with scart lead etc.
Also what aspect ratio they in?
