question about gunslinger girls

in the anime the girls work for the government as assassins but i get the feeling that the government is using everything in its power to make the opposition look bad , cause i noticed that the italian priminicter pretended to be attached by his own men and said its all the oppositions fault, i know were suppose to be on the girls side but im not so sure cause the government is abusing the power and using the girls to kill anyone who gets in there way. it seems that the opposition only trying to help out the less fortunate and the government doesn't like that. anyways the agent hates the opposition cause they killed some of there family and friends and the opposition seems to be doing the same

For got that but isn't it the gorverments fault and the handlers are doing there jobs, and yes I know things aren't black and White I know that. But I think that one or two of the handlers see things in black and White. To be honest I'm not on the govermentd side I'm on the oppositions side cause iv been reading up on whats happening in the series and I got to say the govermentd corrupted and only want more for the rich
