Pokemon Platinum Release Date announced

Pokemon Platinum is going to be released here on the 22nd of May

I'm really looking forward to this as I'm a huge fan of the Pokemon games and I will definitely be getting it when it comes out :D

...Its not the first time that has happened :p Its becoming more and more common that we're getting games at the same time

EDIT: Nevermind the above i just reread the post :p Spyro look at the months again, we're getting the game a full month after the USA...which is entirely pointless since you know the DS is region free and we're getting the same game...
 
Is this going to have every Pokemon this time, and not have Pokemon exclusive to another version of the game (like Diamond and Pearl)?

Meh, I was disapointed with Diamond because of the uninspiring collection of Pokemon and it hardly did anything new except bringing back the Day-Night Cycle. So I will probably skip out on this.

Mind you, I'm looking forward to Devil Survivor than this.
 
I've had Pokémon Pearl since it came out and I just haven't been able to get into it properly :/ It's fun and all, but I think it requires too much effort for not enough satisfaction.

Hehe. I've already dished out once for this game. Lets face it Diamon/Pearl/Platinum, all the same ****. I'll probably buy it if its OMG THAT MUCH BETTER though.

Hah probably not, only Pokemon Yellow tried to do something different really, and that was forcing you to start off with pikachu, it was fun though that they managed to put in events of the anime into it, like the way you pick up the first three starter pokemon.

I know man! That was badass though!

I'd way prefer it if they done something like that again, however, maybe not Pikachu. Maybe "Do a Yu Gi Oh" and change the main character in Pokemon, a new child who wants to be a master (Etc.) and have him start out with some new Pokemon, then milk the series by releasing a game like that.
