please help with my anime list

ok i was minding my own business, on the internet going from my anime list to looking up info on anime.

and when i went back to myanimelist they said i was banned and im like WTF.

i swear i didn't do anything or said anything to no one i swear.

im like wait why is this happening and i have no idea who to contact or what to do i want to get back on myanimelist
 
What has happened is MAL has been hacked Mid-November and very recently it has just happened again and the hacker/s have done things including deleting threads, clubs as well as putting the ban hammer down on some members, annoying pesky losers if I do say so myself.
