Photoshop Magazine - Manga Drawing

I remember someone posting a thread asking what paint/photo software was best for editing and drawing manga. Well I was in asda today and found that this months Adobe Photoshop magazine's theme is the creation and editing of Manga/Anime Characters. Thought this might be helpful for you as it covers creation, shading, colouring.

Many thanks! I probably wasn't the only one asking, but certainly I made a topic asking about the computer side of drawing manga. I went down to WHSmiths the other day and picked up the mag to have a look. Thanks very much for the tip!
