Origin: Spirits of the Past

An interesting feature-length effort that's out on R1 but with no UK release fortcoming as yet. I'm not going to start another debate over the relative merits of Gonzo's output but I will say this: the trailer looks pretty.

Does anyone know much about it?

I actually just watched this today. It was a fairly decent movie. It looks fantastic, it reminded me of full metal alchemist allot in character design and soundtrack.

I did feel however that the story was a little rushed and confusing at times leaving many questions unanswered even at the end? The overall message can be a little preachy as well global warming = bad, cant we just all get along! All in all though not a bad movie just not quite as good as i was hoping.

Any other views?
