Ordering from Supermart_USA?

Has anyone had experience ordering with these from amazon.co.uk marketplace, I am wondering do you get charged import when ordering from these or do they mark it down to below the fee?
If you have ordered from them before how many times and did you get imported?

I have messaged these before about haganai which was about £35 and they said all fees should be included in the postage.

Also posted this in the General Manga discussion but had no answer does anyone know were I can get plastic bags to store my manga in from a shop in the UK or online store?
 
It's an expensive product and they claim to ship from the US (rather than that other one which is a mixture of UK warehouse and US). US sellers aren't able to advise on individual countries' customs laws so they have no way of knowing whether it will be hit for sure.

As a general rule of thumb, if you're not ordering from a company which is shipping it from the UK or using a shipping method with prepaid VAT, you're always risking a customs charge on video shipments which cost more than the limit. Some people will mark it down, however customs are completely within their rights to rip your parcel open and check the value themselves so it's a gamble. A gamble you're extremely likely to win if they ship it in discreet packaging, but a gamble nonetheless :)

I have taken the gamble, asked them again to make sure and they said all costs should be included so hopefully I don't get hit
 
I don't see how they could possibly have all fees charged within the postage to be honest, even eBay's supposed customs upfront system doesn't seem to work.

Best to assume you'll get hit and be happy when you don't.
