One Piece volume 0 to be given to one piece moviegoers

Fans of the long running series One Piece who go to watch the 10th movie installment of the series, Strong World, will be given the "0th volume" of Eichiro Odas series. The manga will depict the world of One Piece 20 years before the main story. Only the first 1.5 million viewers for the film will be able to pick up a copy of volume 0 and apparently will link in to the story of the film.
Eichiro Oda has also been overseeing the production of Strong World, writing the story for the movie as well as having drawn over a 100 pages of rough drawings for the production. The film will open on the 12th of December in japan.
 
From what I've read, Sengoku and Whitebeard are to be involved! Also, I weren't aware it was set 20 before the current story line, I've read it's set just after the Thriller Bark Arc:

Strong World (ストロング ワールド) is the name of the upcoming tenth feature film for the One Piece franchise, which will be released on December 12, 2009. What is known about the film is that it is an original story by Eiichiro Oda and is set after the Thriller Bark Arc, as Brook is shown alongside the other Straw Hats, making this his first movie appearance. Sengoku, Garp, Shanks and Whitebeard are revealed to be in the film as well.

That's the film, though. The manga is supposedly meant to be from 20 years before. Of course, this could be entirely a fabrication of Arby's part since I never re-confirmed the information. I trust him that much.

The article above is sourced from ANN, who sourced it from somewhere else i forget the name off. But from what i know, all thats been said is that the manga will depict the world 20 years earlier. I haven't as of yet been able to find anymore information on what the manga is to have content wise.
