I use handbrake on mac and it works wonders. I can't tell if it's any good on windows though.http://handbrake.fr/Basically you start handbrake , insert dvd, select what you want to encode and to what (one of the options is the 360). how to load from the pc to the 360 it's some thing I don't know, but you should be able to copy to an usb and get it from there.On the ps3 I use media link to share my files on the mac to it. It can even streams but I don't have a very good router to keep up with high bit rate.
