A second, slightly more revealing trailer for Katsuhiro "AKIRA" Otomo's live action Mushishi (a.k.a Bug Master) movie has been posted online.

The Mushishi anime series is an award winning supernatural TV show that aired in Japan during 2005/06. It has yet to be licensed outside of Japan.
 
Interesting. I'm in the process of downloading the series itself right now, all 3.42GB of it. Another fifteen or so hours to go.
 
The more I see of this movie, the more I'm looking forward to it! It's hard to see how the plotline side of things will work but the visuals and atmospherics are spectacular. Looks like a March release over there so I'll be trawling CDJapan and DVD Pacific soon afterwards for import DVDs with English subs.
