too bad I guess I saw the first two episodes once and thought it was really good I wasn't gonna watch it cause it was like 160 episode with no ending apparently but now I may

I opted for indifference as well.
That said, this ought to be well received by existing fans; I've heard the existing anime lacked an ending, in that it essentially requests that the viewer continues the story by switching to the manga.

Good stuff, didn't think they would bother, lol.

On a different note, I bet Funimation yoinks this from straight under Viz's nose. Then they will probably kick them where it hurts most, just for good measure. :p

FYI: Funimation are my favorite American anime licensing company. :D

WHY!!?

Funimation would probably be my favourite Amercian company at the moment as well (with Bandai in close second but this is purely because Bandai == Gundam Releases, we really need more gundam in the west...like Turn A Gundam).

Anyway Funi releaesed those multi-region uncut Dragonball Z boxsets and they rescued Higurashi: When They Cry (turns out i was a bit harsh on the dub for it) now if only they would licenses Higurashi Kai. In the end Funi have done a lot of shows that i've wound up watching, like FMP: The Second Raid which i imported since it looked like it was never going to come out over here.

I loved the manga, but I've only watched a couple seasons of the anime. AFAIK, Inu Yasha anime ended as it reached the manga, in order not to create fillers.

It's lenght though, may put me off to gettign back to it. I ahve Urusei Yatsura on my way now, which should take a long while to clear...

WHY!!?

They do alot of shows I have ended up watching, do good dubs, adopted the whole part-series boxset thing quite quickly (not that I buy them, but it's still a good idea), have a load of interesting videos on youtube, did a great video podcast for a while, etc, etc.
