I'd say no. Unlimited Blade Works is an alternate story to Fate/Stay Night. As it's only a short movie, the story and plot is told at a fairy breakneck speed, but you should understand everything. If you have seen F/SN then stuff will make sense a bit quicker and you'll already know a lot of the characters, but there's no definite need to watch it before jumping in with Unlimited Blade Works.
