I really want to get Squid Girl but to anyone here that already has it, are there any issues with it like what happened with Panty And Stocking?

I've reviewed for the site and there appear to be no problems with the copy I have.

Guys, Panty & Stocking were authored by MangaUK; Squid Girl was authored by Madman (hence why "The" was added to the title).

My copy of Squid Girl should be here tomorrow.

i cant wait for season 2

You're gonna have to. Media Blasters has it in the US, and the world is waiting on them dubbing and releasing it. Right now, Media Blasters is just about keeping its head above water, and Season 2 is a case of you'll get it, when you get it. But there's more chance of them releasing that than there is of them releasing more Bakuman. At the mo, it looks like they're into re-releasing their back catalogue in order to build up some cash reserves, before they go back to new titles.

I'll wait until Media Blasters falls and Sentai license rescues and dubs season 2 (the most probable outcome 9.9).

Considering this is my first Media Blasters handlers release, not surprising considering how varied my tastes are. Looking at their ANN page, it seems like most of their licenses are for their hentai imprints and one industry that has been hit the most by the Internet is the porn industry.

I've got wodgeloads of Media Blasters stuff, well not wodgeloads but lots...

Moribito and Ah My Goddess TV S1, Berserk, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Blade of the Immortal, Gestalt, Gunparade March, Ikki Tousen, and Twin Signal through MVM, Otogi Zoshi through Manga, and stuff like Genshiken and Midori Days directly from them.

Be getting both releases eventually.

Entered quite a few comps for FMA Brotherhood.

me too, i think 12 or 13 in total, don't have money to spend on it, hope i get it, and squid girl did pique my interest, but blue exorcist comes out next week so i'll have to wait a bit.

Will pick up Squid Girl at some point. Already got the FMA:B singles 6 months ago when I didn't think a complete set would ever appear. I always try to get the complete sets when possible. Oh well.
