Even though the problems with the Haruhi discs doesn't affect me that much; I won't buy it on the principal of Manga UK not acknowledging the fans' concerns when the license was made, and still going forward with a defective product.
 
Hated Mushashi, and lol at it getting a 15, it's clearly designed to be shown in front of a class of bored 12 year olds.

Why is it not exempt from cert due to being educational?
 
I cancelled my order of Haruhi Season 2 & ordered the Bandai release (at least if I do get mono discs I should be able to get replacement discs).
