Negima movie in the works?

I am not sure about what feel about this if it is based on the second series. I thought the first series delivered more to me without wasting so much time introducing everyone.
 
They're talking as if the last part of the Magical World OVA will be made into a movie, in which case I couldn't be happier!

The first of the newer Negima OVAs (Shiroki Tsubasa) was superb quality, and was very manga-accurate. It's really what the original series should have been like.

It wont be based on Negima!? (the sillier SHAFT spinoff of Negima!) but it would still be animated by SHAFT.

I wouldn't know - I haven't finished reading the magical world arc in the manga - we're half way through the arc in the english language release, so don't spoil it for me. It is looking like that though

There's been 2 anime series and 2 manga series. The second manga series is a reboot of the story as was the second anime so that makes 2 reboots too many for an average story to begin with.

Without seeing it, I believe it's ridiculously hilarious, OTT, well, plain wrong =P

The idea amuses me though.

The box on the right hand side of the video has two smaller boxes in it one says "URL" the other "Embed". Simply copy the text from the embed box and paste it into your post. Done.
