Need help remembering a game! T_T

Hello, howdy and hi!

At present I'm at i34 on a huge LAN. It's awesome.. but anyway, we got a talking about old games (as you do), and I was talking about this game I played that no one seems to have heard of. Sadly, I can't remember the name of it and it's now driving me insane!! DX

The game was PC based and was basicly a Zombie (walking dead) orientated game. It started with you (main charcter) waking up to find yourself stuck in a game show where people watch you fend for your life, basicly to see how long you last. Your charcter is also followed by a mini TV camera that hovers around you while you play. This game ain't new by any means. Played it about 7 years ago (round about).

Please, if anyone knows anything about this game, PLEASE tell me what it's called and put me out of my misery. It's gonna keep me up all night!

Worst part is, my mates think I made it up 0_0 !!! HELP!!

Hi Black! Yeah going ok so far. We got put in a harsh group like. They're made at random but our first round had us playing against the running champs (3 years!) and the people who came third last year! Needless to say they kicked our asses in a most proffesional manner. The other teams we beat like. Find out tomorrow if we'll make the semi's. Doubt it, but having a good time all the same.

I did google it but theres only so many searches I can do before brain melting takes place. What did you type in to find it?
 
I loved it at the time (graphics dated now like). Just suprised about the lack of people that had heard of it. And yes, it was very much like the running man. =P

Can't believ you found it so quickly Ryo. Very VERY happy you did tho XD
 
I remember playing a demo at the time but never actually owned it. Might have to hunt down a copy now, I'm in a retro gaming mood.

anyone remember the old rampage game? no the remade version that has been created recently doesn't count, the original was the funniest....well saying that you played it for more than 5 minutes and had a urge to kill yourself. 999levels of the same city with different' backgrounds is a killer.

I remember playing the first mario...on consoles before the snes!!
tbh the old consoles are just as cool as some of the new ones...in some respects the only difference between some of the games is graphics!

lol :lol: sounds like we need a retro game thread :p or maybe one of the others reviving...could be a good idea since Capcom are brining out a new Mega Man game out using NES graphics (yeah an new offical 8-bit game in 2008 :p ) I've played all versions of rampage, got bored, much prefered Gauntlet
 
I had a NES (I loved Mega Man too! The music was awesome!) but I always preffered my Amiga 600. Still have both in the loft somewhere...
 
I had a nes too. Then climbed the nintendo ladder. Think I've owned all their consoles at one time or another. :p
I still play on my snes at times. Original Mario Cart kicked ass!
 
Oh, I had a mega drive too like ;) My parents split up so I suppose you could class it as a perk.
One hose was a nintendo house and the other was a Mega Drive house.
 
I remember Devil Inside. The main character turned into a woman wearing leather and killed lots of things. Or at least, I think he did.

Your not wrong, he did indeed go threw a sex change to defeat the sources of evil. Need to find a copy some where and play it for old times sake.
