Need computer help

[Gacha]

I have a program(spyware/adware) this is called rlvknlg.exe this thing eats up CPU in my task manager.
I looked it up and it recommends to uninstall it.
So i tried spy bot search and destroy and every time i run it uninstall the program then i lose my internet connection.
This is the 4th system restore.
So anyone recommends me a program or something or shall i just chuck this computer out the window now.

I looked it up on google but all the forums solutions involved installing like 3 programs
