Never been any good at drawing off the top of my head, not really been that good at drawing while looking at an image but recently got hold of one of them "how to draw manga" books and also been using a few websites that break down an image. Which has been quite interesting to attempt to draw characters like Seako from High School of the Dead etc (anyone else always wants to call it "house of the dead"?)
Anyway,
1st attempt, using pencil and pencil colours was a web break down of Rei from Evangelion.
2nd was from a book, only in pencil, a girl.
3rd was again from a book and in pencil, a cat.
Finally (for now) was Seako using pencil then some brush pens
Not sure about the attempt at shading but it came out ok.
Comments, suggestions etc welcome
I don't get enough time to improve this too much unfortunately
