I just wanted to give praise to MVM customer service. Last year I bought a copy of Iroduku The World in Colour but because I have a back log almost as tall as Mount Fuji I have only just watched it. It turns out I had one of the copies with a defective second disc that was missing subtitles on episode 13. I contacted MVM and within a day they shipped out a new disc to me which arrived shortly after.They are a great company with brilliant customer service
