Some of the matches you can do are hilarous, Popeye vs Hulk, Ryu vs Ichigo.

I had MUGEN once, I tried making Guilty Gear versus Capcom. It was only entertaining for a little while. Then it got boring pretty quickly.

It can be quite fun sometimes and yeah, you can have some wacky matches, but like the above poster said, it can get boring pretty quickly.

Still, it's something to try if you're dead bored
