when i say psycho i mean someone who has lost their ******* marbles! the whole cast of excel saga is one that comes to mind! also flay from gundam seed is another one that i ******* hate! what about you guys?
 
Hamdo (or whatever his name was) from Now and Then, Here and There (Ima Soko Ni Iru Boku). Nasty. I'd be interested to hear of anyone who can beat that from someone who's seen the series :[

Until I saw this post I was going to suggest Revi from Black Lagoon. She's pretty nuts but compared to Hamdo she's positively well-adjusted.
 
From the top of my head, Rau Le Cresuet is pretty much a total wacko, and Flay Allster also has her moments of being a psycho. Actually there is a lot of psychos in the gundam animes when thinking about it.

And I also agree that the greatest psycho of all should be Light from Death note.
 
Oh so many. The majority of Hellsing's cast comes to mind :lol: I'm going to go with Gates from FMP: TSR. Without a doubt the most looney anime character I've ever seen. No one else even comes close.

I agree with the cast of excel saga! haha, they are all pretty much out there with the fairies, specaily excel. XD

Shinji is kinda out there on the nutty side, not his fault mind and Asuka is kinda twisted in the head also.

Also I think the dude out of Saiyuki the preist guy whith all the toys (never can remember his name) is kinda nuts ^^
 
i fink Zaraki Kenpachi (bleach), flay (gundam) and solomon (witch hunter robin) these all do my head in
