Rocklee from Naruto get's my vote, also Gai from Gundam SEED Astray. Also Yoh from Shaman King.

By the way you did spell it wrong, but i'm not going to put the correct spelling down in case i get it wrong as well (i've never been a good speller)

Spike Speigal - so laid back and calm, he is cool personified.

Alphonse Elric - Caring lil dude in a big tin can, awesome.

Tien - Three eyed legend who Toriyama just left on the sidelines, gutted but still one of my faves along with Yam Cha.

Gendo Ikari - Coz, he's a reyt bastard lol.

Shinji Ikari - yeah he's a whiny bitch but Anno tackled the character well and intended him to have issues etc, no one is perfect. Everyone seems to dislike him but i think he's one of the only characters who reacts to the situations with real emotion. You can't just shove someone in a eva and expect them to be fine with what they're doing. He's a **** up but who wouldn't be in his profession after being thrown in.

Faye Valentine - You gotta love her attitude.

Scar - FMA's anti hero, how cool is his tattoo lol. Such a hardcore character with a great story.

Renji Abarai - up until they made him near enough useless and a burden. He's such a cool character, real afraid he'll be just left as everyone gets stronger, same as tien, piccolo and yam cha were in dbz.

Batou - Need i say why?, he's just a legend!

Kenpachi Zaraki - Brutal, relentless, skilled and crazy lol, got great hair too.
 
Ichimaru Gin - Bleach (Who couldn't of guessed, hey?). His character design + Zanpakto OWN. And to think we havent even seen the best of
him yet...

Hao Asakura - Shaman King. The badass of the series who I will admit, with the ability to never TRULY die and can reancarnate every 500 years, is a little overpowered. Long wait though... Oh, and his Spirit Of Fire rocks.

L / Lawliet - Death Note. Is probably the smartest Anime/manga character going with the exception of Light. He not bad at martial Arts either, surprisingly enough o_O.

Greed - Fullmetal Alchemist.
He might've been the first Homunculi to die but he was infact THE STRONGEST. The other Homunculi always had to attack him in pairs.His attitude was great and his greed made him seem even more humain than the other homunculi. Oh and his "Ultimate shield" is legendary. Which ment Only poeple who a good know-how of alchemy could hurt him.

Rock Lee - Naruto. Helped Naruto rise to it's glory with no problem. After all a nice taijutsu(Basically, just hand to hand) fight is a break from the"swords that shoot beams / breathing fire, ect" stuff.

Roronoa Zolo - One Piece. Probably PHYISICALLY the strongest on the straw hat crew. The attacks with his 3 swords are awesome aswell.

Last but not least...Dio Brando - JoJo's Bizaare adventure. Truly one of the best villains in Anime and Manga to be honest. His stand, The World, is overkill and his ability To stop time for... 7 seconds is it? Makes Star Platinum look bad. HisLast trick he pulled of with the Oil Tank(Though it's the steamroller he's most famous for) was awesome. Too bad he had to go anddie...

i dunno if light was actually smart or stupid there are gonna be mixed iews on this one but all together...great collec dei!

Asuka langley sohryu - NGE/don't ask why, i just like her

Sanji/Franky-OP/sanji because of those kicks & such & Franky because he is the STRONGEST of the straw hats plus his character design is cool

Shikamaru/Hinata-naruto/Shikamaru because he's witty, smart & rather casuel about everything & Hinata because....i dunno?

Ikkaku madarume-Probably the best bleach character by far in my opinion plus his zanpukto is rather irregular

Kalle stradtfeld-code geass/I like firey girls in mech anime & she has one of my favourite mechs.

Athrun zala- Gundam SEED/His mechs amazing, his personality is rather cool & his character design is awesome

Tamaki suoh-ouran/He is a rather smart character on the quiet & acts dumb around Haruhi & the other characters

Lavi-DGM/....i don't have a reason =/

Gokudera hayato-Reborn!/A badass with grenades who does not like characters like that?

Shin-Eye shield 21/An ethical character, who's rather smart

Rekki-Haibane/An overlooking character who keeps everyone safe & such

L-Dn/Another smart character(god i like to many of theese)
