This may have already been asked before, so I apologize in advance.
Is there a release date for the Mirai Nikki/Future Diary DVD series?
I can't find it anywhere and the index I have checked on this site say it's release date is 1st Jan 1970.
Again, sorry if I have said anything stupid

No release date has been 100% announced for the UK yet, with KAZE gone silent since they licensed it last year.

Part 1 and Part 2 will be released in USA by Funimation if you have a multi-region player (or a player that can be region unlocked).

Ah so Kaze have it, that makes it simple for me to decide to import, assuming I'm happy for DvD only, very much tempted to wait for BD. Already did the whole DvD only for Forte and Zombie, not sure I fancy another round.

It's out in September in the US (it was only recently solicited to retailers IIRC).
Madman announced they had home video rights along with streaming back January last year - but I don't believe they have said anything about it since. There's always a few months between US and AU releases though, and Madman have only solicited up till September themselves.

Kaze announced at the London Expo last October that they would be releasing it some time this year.
The only other unreleased license from then was K, which was not given any sort of timescale (they were "interested" in Magi, but did not announce anything).

Other titles mentioned that have since been released:
Agartha (out January)
Bleach Movie 4 (out February)
Code Geass (R2 released March)
Un-Go (out a couple of weeks ago, but the BD had 'issues' which were not corrected)

Titles named that are not yet completed:
Tiger and Bunny (last volume due out August, but the movie has gone to Anime Limited)
Bakuman (first season was delayed a month, second season due out monday cancelled?)
Bleach Season 10 (complete collection out last month, but the season 11 set has been delayed two months)
Mawaru Penguindrum (part 2 just been delayed two months to October)
Nura S1 (second part due August)

For upcoming stuff which was not mentioned at that con we have:
Persona 4 (final part due out Monday)
Beserk Movie 2 (August 22)

Five titles due next month onwards, two of which have had quite big delays, radio silence since January, not renewing their UK consultant contract...

Slight correction: Berserk Golden Age Film 2 is out 12th August 2013 and Film 3 will most likely be released by January 2014 (or some point in Q1 2014 unless they speeded it up and release it by Christmas).

If you're only looking to buy the DVD and have a region free DVD player (please, who doesn't have one, a PC and VLC at the very least will do the job), then import Funimation's Dvd's - Both parts are due September 17th and even have really nice artwork which is rare for Funi. Kaze does not deserve your or anyone else's money.

I highly doubt it will even come out by then. Remember that Viz will show the dub on Neon Alley first and eventually release the BDs months after - and unless they run out of shows to dub I can't see it happening anytime soon. There's like a 10 month gap between the retail release of Movies 1 and 2 in the US.

Right. It went unavailable on Amazon etc. but because there was no new date or official statement (that I recall?) I never updated my list. BVA says "pulled from schedule".

Sorry, typo.

Also Shiroi Hane, you forgot "Mardock Scramble: The Third Exhaust", which is expected next year.
There's never been anything firm enough about a home video release to add it to my list.
