Looks really good! Most notably created by animation studio 'manglobe' (their previous two projects were Samurai Champloo and Ergo Proxy), music 'producer' is a certain Shinichiro Watanabe i.e. the director of Cowboy Bebop.

Starts in Japan in October. Very excited!

Hard for me to get excited over that really. The animation and action looked fine and dandy but then again trailers can be extremely misleading about that sort of thing.

Can't say I have the same enthusiasm about it as as Paul does, it looks alright, most anime the coming season looks like the usual loli appeal, excluding the Fist of the North Star OVA and the Casshern anime series. I'll look into it as it draws closer.

OH! A new Manglobe project!!! This is something I'll be looking out for majorly, and I didn't even realise until I read this post.

This better get licensed quickly. Funimation seems to have taken an interest in Ergo Proxy, and if this turns out to be a big hit I'm sure they'll snap it up as fast as the Japanese will let them.
