Today, on the second day of the October 2013 MCM Comic Con at the ExCel Arena in London, Manga Entertainment UK delivered one of their patented* panels, announcing a string of new licenses that would open 2014 for the anime distributor. Fans can now expect the following releases in the coming months:

- Psycho-Pass will be released on both DVD and Blu-ray in two half-season sets next Spring.

- Steins;Gate The Movie: Loading Area of Déjà vu, which saw its premiere recently at the Scotland Loves Anime festival, is being "worked on".

MangaUK also announced that the live-action movie Hentai Kamen (also known as HK: Forbidden Superhero) will be screened in Cardiff and Leeds next month.

Meanwhile, while not present at the panel, MVM Entertainment had some license announcements of their own throughout the day on their Twitter.

- Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians and Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecuter

- Infinite Stratos (DVD)

- Night Raid 1931

Other than Infinite Stratos, no release formats for the other licenses were confirmed for MVM's licenses.

What? No mention of any Madoka Magica movies? Pathetic.

Am I imagining that someone asked, was told they'd need to licence all three and the conversation was swiftly moved on? Sure I read that somewhere but can't find it now.

In any event it's too soon, until 3 is released there's not much to tempt all but the most dedicated and it'd be nice to have a dub up their sleeve too.

I was at least hoping for an announcement of a screening of the third movie. America are getting an absolute buttload.
