Me?

*Looks confused*

I don't know a great deal about this deal myself. I can't imagine that it will change a great deal surrounding how they work worldwide since part of the reason that IDT was acquired was due to Liberty's desire to sell it's product outside of America, which IDT can provide through its existing distribution network.

All of this is fairly self-evident from the press release surrounding the acquisition and if you read it logically it makes perfect sense that Manga UK/Anchor Bay should remain largely unaffected by this. The worst case scenario would be that Manga Ent got separated from IDT and sold off and that seems fairly unlikely since some of the projects that Manga are currently involved in are part of the reason for this acquisition ("distribution of CG animated and live action content").

Time will tell but I'm not particularly concerned that it will affect the UK much, if at all.
