The website for Majocco Shimai no Yoyo to Nene (Magical Girl Sisters Yoyo and Nene) anime began streaming (YouTube) the second promotional video today. The film will follow two whitch sisters Yoyo and Nene.
Behind this film are the anime studio Ufotable (Fate/Zero, Tales of Symphonia) and King Records' Starchild label (Penguindrum, Bodacious Space Pirates).

It looks Ghibli-esque, without the budget of a Ghibli film. But they seem to have some talent behind this film, so maybe it's not a major issue.
