Madman provide a service fit for purpose. Their delivery costs and delays are in line with one's expectations for Australasian shipping. When last I patronised them I was not 'stung', though I'd expect that was due to luck as opposed to a mislabelled Customs declaration.I would advise comparing their prices against those of other R4 retailers. By purchasing Madman or Siren products from a third party, savings to the tune of several dollars can be made.(Aside from the occasional R4 eBay reseller though, I'm unfortunately unaware of which third parties to trust.)
