One of the best Lupin III TV specials. If you can get a fansub of this then do it because it's all kinds of awesome.

It has all the style, humour and action that a Lupin film should have. A fantastic starting place if you can find it.

It is but it doesn't matter how much of it you watch. Be it a TV Episode, Special, Movie or OAV every incarnation of Lupin is stand alone and no prior knowlege is needed to watch anything Lupin related and enjoy it.

Be careful what you go for though. Each incarnation can range from godly to diabolical depending on who's directing, writing and so on. It's kinda like James Bond in that way.

I'm actually in the process of writing a Lupin III guide for Anime UK News. So if Paul thinks it's of high enough quality you'll be able to look at that for reference on the main site when it's done.
