the first one... i dont no who she is, just a random pic i found. then after i found that i went looking for other great matches for characters.

the second is i believe a model who's eyes i photoshopped to match asukas blue eyes.

and the third is an actress.

p.s. clearly i have too much time on my hands at the min :eek: ....

Voddas likes.... The truth is (painfully) that if/when they did make a live action movie NEON. Do you think they'll have americans or Japaneses palying the parts. Would make sense like, with it being Tokyo and all, but Hollywood mite get their geasy mitts on it!! Which wouldn't surprise me. Well... I'm only speculating like. :p

lol i know fer sure theres no way in hell they're going to be ALL japanese or of even asian decent... but this is a wish list :D

i hope they make at least even make asuka german instead of japanese german american lol and call her ashley, german name i think fits well lol
 
I don't ever think of manga/anime characters as actually being Japanese, no matter where the story is set. I generally just see them as being white (unless it's like...a black character obviously).

Anyone else...or is that just me? >_>

I think your choices for Rei and Misato are great (especially the Rei look alike whom i think i've falllen in love with lol).

I hope casting will be so generous.
The film has the potential to be an amazing opportunity for directors and actors alike
 
Well Hopefully they recruite someone who knows the NGE story & will not Rip it to shreds.

And Also able to pick a suitable cast that will Make the Movie

Weta [The Guys behind the Special Effects of LOTR & Teh Frighteners] have made some fantastic production sketches of the EVAs and the Base, the only thing is the Production Sketches of Rei & Asuka make them look like 20 or so & Has Rei with Black Hair
