Kekko Kamen has already been released uncut in the UK a couple of months back... As far as letting up on hentai, it really isn't that extreme to begin with.

I guess they can flease enough money by doube feeing anime companies these days to alow hentai to go though whithout hitting them again with cuts and a repayment of the fees.
