You say vampire knight.
I say, on the vampire front there's: blood suckers. you might like, or on the anime side there's plenty of vampire anime (hellsing and hellsing ultimate, black blood brothers is one aswell)

For manga I would recommend Fruits Basket, Cardcaptor Sakura, Chibi Vampire and Magic Knight Rayearth.

Anime wise: Azumanga Daioh, School Rumble and Fruits Basket.
