I think it's hilarious! She's pretending to introduce Japan to Americans in a very patronizing way. The way she says you can call her "Annie" and says they'll eat a "hotdog" for the American guests, and that Americans will "love Japan" now.

He's making fun of people that deserve to be made of fun, but I won't deny the tinge of racism. However, this video was obviously not made by this man, there's obviously no racist agenda behind it.
