Well, it's not exactly the same as the weekend rumor, which said the lawsuit would come from three dozen or so higher ups. No, apparently the lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all 300 of the company's employees.

I dont know the full story but i flat-out dont like the guy. From what i've seen he's pompous, up-his-own-arse-so-far-he-should-consider-joining-the-circus and only ever seems to wear shades and a black leather coat indoors? And from the soundbites of him he seems to snap at the ps3 and berate any game that looks like his, he seems to love hearing himself talk.

Anyways bastardo or not i suppose if he and the others are owed the money all power to em, Tecmo sound like they're screwed just on the number side even before you begin to make any sort of logical argument

Too many developers are pussies when it comes to being public about an opinion they have. Even if he acts like a jerk, I still respect him.
