Is the latest release of Trigun (2009) a plastic brick box?

I don't know if there's a better place for this, if so my apologies, but I was wondering if anyone knew if the latest release of TG was in a brick?

Call it my illness if you like but I love plastic brick boxes and 8 dvds (even in thinpaks) takes up a lotta shelf.

I figure it probably would be, since the latest release of Paranoia Agent (also by MVM) was, but I'd like some confirmation before I think about selling off my thinpak box set.
 
Yes it probably will be. Ergo Proxy re-release was and so was Samurai Champloo if I recall correctly from the Expo.

The last version was with the 8 dvd cases. The next version will be the 'fatpack' version, similiar to Paranoia Agent and Ergo Proxy's re-release.

So... I guess they must be releasing a new box set this year... maybe the last was just to clear stock? I've emailed asking if they have a release date yet.

Though would it make a difference, as MVM already hold the licence here?

edit 2: They say they're renegotiating the licence for release, most likely later this year
