...are a load of adverts from years back suddenly being broadcast again?

I mean, the 2 Chelsea adverts (Not the crystal ball one) I remember watching on TV when I was about 7 or 8 years old.

Then I saw this advert on Virgin 1 last week, which would always make me cry when I was about 11...

Then I've found those adverts which I can't remember the name of... I think it was for a loan or mortgage company or something... it had the slogan "Get Out of the red and into the black". I'm sure I saw that years ago, because I remember thinking "But, black represents death... is it saying that the company will kill you if you have money problems?"

So, is it just me, or have you noticed ads from years ago suddenly coming back onto television.

And also... while they're at it, they should put this advert back on as well:

That's because everyone's run out of ideas. Just look at the general quality of adverts over the past few years.

Its because we all love to remember the "good old days" so nostalgia sells folks!

And if Halifax can go back in time before the singing ads i would be eternally happy!
