The short answer is, "We don't know".The long answer is:"It depends greatly on how the rights are being handled. Kadokawa USA were the former licensor of the series, but they recently handed over the baton to Funimation. It's uncertain whether Funimation's new rights over the series includes the UK, or just North America. If it includes the UK then I see no reason why they wont at some point release it through their UK distrobution agreements with Manga. If it doesn't include the UK, then the licence is up for grabs. It could be that the asking price is too high for any of the UK companies to take a chance with, or there could be another hurdle.ADV has disappeared, but ADV had nothing to do with the distro of TSR in America, just the production.
