Something i was thinking about alot lastnight, do you believe in Irony? is it destiny, bad luck or just something that happens

i started wondering about this as my stomach moaned about having no food for 48 hours due to this certain bug i have, so as i sat watching tv, flipping channels, no matter what i put on there was either and advert or people on a show eating or talking about food.

needless to say i almost died but none the less, ironic or just bad luck?
