Since iRiver have pulled out of Europe I haven't been able to get this mp3 player. So I'm going to have to import.

I've never bought electronic goods online before so I need some good sites people have bought from before. Like are they good with delivery time and do they take returns if the item is damaged etc. and they have to deliver to Ireland.

All help is appreciated.

Does anyone know of a good mp3 player, 20GB storage and is a harddrive model (not flash). Don't mention iPod.

A harddrive model being where you can just drag n' click files onto the mp3 player as if you were simply moving files around on your PC.

Not all flash players let you do it properly. My brothers Zen player lets you click and drag but you can't find the songs when you go looking for them on the mp3 player and thus you have to go through the process of using the flash interface.
