I'm Confused About Possible Import Tax On Clothing

So I want to buy an Adventure Time BMO Tank Top, however since I doubt there are any available in the UK I decided to go to Ebay and find one. However with the price of the item and shipping costs combined it's nearly $40 (or just over £20), obviously this means I'll have to pay import tax. However I do a import duty and taxes calculation on the Duty Calculator website and find this...

According to this there is no import charges for the item at all...while that would be cool I don't know if this is true or not. Any clarification on this?
 
The value of the goods is under the £15 limit, so there's no import tax to pay (you don't pay any import taxes on shipping charges which is probably where you're getting confused since it's showing the total customs value with the shipping costs included).
