From what I can tell, and this is just an outside opinion from a country not affected by it, its a law designed to treat grown citizens like small children who are incapable of making their own decisions about what material they view lest they become wild rapists overnight.Basically its morality censership which ignores evidence that men are less interested in "the deed" after the introduction of a steady adult content supply (milage may vary).In my humble opinion, a giant step backwards.
