RivaOni

Dandy Guy, in Space
Been chatting to a couple of you in the chat room this evening, best introduce myself properly though.

I'm RivaOni (Riva for short if you want :) ), 26, Bedford.

Been interested in anime for roughly at least a decade now, maybe more depends on how long ago it was that Pokemon was first shown in the UK (I seem to remember it being on Sky1 or Bravo early in the mornings before ITV picked it up).

I'm also a major gamer, run my own website that sometimes features reviews when we can get our hands on an upto date game (I'm really rather poor), but also enjoy writing of any kind, so to fuel that I keep a blog and have joined in on something called "oneaday" that a number of people have signed upto where we try to write an entry on our blogs every day (which I've failed to do, but I'm doing the best I can).

Other interests include cooking, photography, punk/rock music, and erm some other stuff.

I'm engaged to a young lady who's just finished training to be a nurse (by young, I mean she's 2 years my junior! lol) and we have a 6 year old daughter, 2 dogs, a goldfish and 2 rats.

I really should state what anime I've seen, lol.

Welcome to the forums!

If you've been enjoying those shows from the current/just ended season, I would say definitely check out Madoka Magica!

BUMP.

Yeah, I know I dissappeared for a while there, we kinda lost internet access for a short period of time due to lack of cash for that particular bill, but thats sorted now. Then Vista decided to blue screen on me and I had to do a full on re-install (unfortunately couldn't get my hands on Windows 7, but on the plus side all my old photos and videos were fine). But yeah, I'm back :)

I could watch Akira over and over again and never get tired of it if thats a suitable answer memorium? :)
Good choice. Are you getting the new release of it? They are promising it packed with extras...

Depends on the format (I wasn't aware they were re-releasing it, again), if its Blu-Ray (probably is) I won't be as I don't have a Blu-Ray Player.
