Evening all, I've just recently started back on Anime and this time im really getting into it. I've had a look around and its nice to see a site with a good amount of members and activity!

I was wondering if anyone could link me to any other Anime forums with even more members as its great to get lots of information.

My favourite Anime is the Tenchi series, I watched it when it was on Cartoon Network back in 2000 and i've forgotten about it until a few weeks ago i found some episodes on Youtube. Since then the spark has been reignited and so far i've spent a hundred or so on dvd's etc

I'm looking for some recomendations as to what kind of anime to watch next but i see you have a section for that so i guess i'll post there.

Anyways Hi, Hope i can offer some good advice and vice versa.

TENCHI ROCKS try Love Hina if you like that sort of Harem comedy of Happy Lesson is a good series too

If you after anime in General you can't go wrong with series like Comboy Bebop, Bleach, Samurai Champloo or Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex and one of my personal all time faves Initial D
 
Yo, welcome!

Tenchi was one of my first too...when it was with DBZ and Gundam Wing on Cartoon Network.

I seem to associate it with Pokemon cereal for some reason...maybe I was eating it while watching once. -_-

I would say i'm in the same boat, Tenchi + DBZ were one of my first but honest i'm now hooked to Tenchi it's madness. I've watched the first episode of Love Hina and I liked it so i'm gonna look out for the box set of that. The only problem is i keep compairing it to Tenchi, i dunno why but i just do. The music, animation, story it all just seems good.

As said i have some money to throw about so i'll be pumping it into Anime so keep the recomendations comming 8)

What the world needs is more Tenchi Fans and more Tenchi!

I wish they would split it up into three final OVA's with alternate endings, That way everybodys happy! (but i think we all secretley want Tenchi to finally give some love back to Ryoko)

well there is a rumoured 4th series and 2nd series of Tenchi GXP in development so fingers crossed
