How do I region free my blu ray player 3200

Ok this is driving me crazy I'm at a complete loose I have no Idea what I'm suppose to do

I have my USB stick and iv downloaded the requirements of what I need hut every time I try to upgrade on the blu ray all I get is no valid update file is found and iv had a look at the region thing and I cant do nothing.

Please please please help what do I do please help
